1. We only do Exchanges. No Return requests will be entertained. 
  2. Exchange Requests can be placed through website by logging into your account and going to "My Profile" page, you will get the option to Exchange on your Order summary table.
  3. If you have guest checked out, kindly scroll down on the website and click on "Request Exchange" option present on the footer, enter your order details to proceed with the exchange.
  4. Orders can be exchanged within 2 days or 48 hours from the date of delivery.
  5. Special sale items items are non-exchangeable.
  6. Made to order Pieces are non returnable or exchangeable. 
  7. Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be exchanged or returned.
  8. Items will be considered for exchange only if product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged.
  9. The item to be exchanged should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person.
  10. All items exchange go through a quality check by our quality team. The acceptance of the exchange item will be informed to you via an email or via call or text within 1 business day from receiving the exchange consignment.
  11. Khastos, shawls, stoles, or any other unstitched fabric items are not eligible for exchange or return or store credit.
  12.  Label Pankhuri reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any exchanges.
  13. We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of each piece. As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. Once the pieces are sold they can be exchanged for another size provided above mentioned conditions are met.
  14. Quality Assurance Policy: At Label Pankhuri, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Before any item is shipped out, it undergoes a meticulous quality check by our team. In some cases, we even photograph the entire piece to ensure its condition.
    We want to assure our valued customers that from our end, we send out items that meet our stringent quality standards and are in excellent condition. Therefore, any issues that may arise from our end, such as defects in craftsmanship, will be promptly addressed and resolved according to our return and exchange policy. However, it’s important to note that once an item leaves our premises in perfect condition, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or issues that occur during transit or due to mishandling by the customer. In such cases, our return or exchange policy may not be applicable.   1. Exchange Returns have a cost of 10%- 20% of the total order cost per request that will be deducted from the amount of store credit. Also the price can vary depending on the destination. 
  2. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.
  3. All custom made products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  4. All final sale/sample sale/clearance sale products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  5. All items purchased during offers and sale are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  6. International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  7. Please note that our garment sizes are crafted according to both international and Indian standards. It’s important to acknowledge that there may be a minor discrepancy of up to ±3.5 cm in measurements for each size, including but not limited to length and overall measurements. This variation is within the accepted industry standards and should be considered when making your purchase. Therefore, differences of ±2.5 cm in size measurements will not be considered valid grounds for exchanging clothing under our exchange policy.   1. Some of our items are hand-block printed, which involves a unique and artisanal process. Due to the nature of this craftsmanship, slight variations in color, print, and texture may occur from one item to another. These variations are an inherent part of the hand-block printing process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece. Therefore, such variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange under our policy. We appreciate your understanding and value your support for traditional craftsmanship.
  2. Please be aware that the colors of our clothing displayed on your screen may appear slightly different in person due to variations in monitor settings and screen calibration. We strive to accurately represent our products online, but differences in lighting, display settings, and individual perception can affect how colors appear. As such, slight variations in color between what you see on your screen and the actual product received will not be considered a valid reason for exchange under our exchange policy.
